to create training that would help people understand the issues and stay on the right side of the law.

the problems associated with foreclosures and short-sales.
In this class we examine the laws that impact foreclosures including Washington's "Distressed Homeowners Act" the Federal "Consumer Credit Act" and numerous State's "Consumer Protection Acts"
