Qualifications to speak about Real Estate Fraud
Richard Hagar SRA is with American Home Appraisals he's:
- A licensed real estate agent since 1976
- A certified real estate appraiser since 1986
- SRA with the Appraisal Institute and one of the more senior appraisers in the State.
- He helped write the Mortgage Brokers Practices Act (RCW 19.146) which has become the model for license laws in 11 other states
- He developed and regularly teaches the popular class:
